I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms didn't match my spaciousness requests and felt a bit tired, although they had wonderful views. The staff went out of their way to please, but some were not helpful when needed. The location was convenient for reaching Terminal 21 or the city within minutes, yet it felt a bit random. The dining options were varied, but crowded, so we opted for the club floor. The hotel had nice facilities, but some aspects were disappointing.

I just checked into this hotel this afternoon located on the 9th and 10th floors of the resort. The rooms can accommodate 3 adults and a child comfortably. The staff are well-trained, polite, and incredibly friendly, always with a service mind. The location in North Pattaya provides a private setting away from other hotels, but it can get crowded. The dining options were mostly focused on Japanese and Thai cuisine. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
